Our construction mats are made of recycled HDPE and has two main functions; namely to protect the surface of the ground and to ensure the easy passage through soft or wet surfaces. The mats are typically used in the construction and mining sectors.

Made of solid HDPE which is extremely durable and impact resistant, you can be assured that your pipeline is protected for many decades. HDPE is a building material that is built to last, much longer than metals, composites or other materials, due to its resistance to chemicals, abrasion, corrosion and others.
Vibrant colors to signal warning.
Our HDPE is known for its vibrant colors and excellent color fastness. Any excavation crew many years from now will get a fair warning signal of any pipeline system below its surface, due to the color staying vibrant over the years. We have multiple colors available with long lasting warranty.
Custom patterns and logo.
We at DSP fully customise the panels, which means we can apply any special custom patterns required to create antislip effect or to let water flow through, exactly as specified by the architect or project engineer. We can also engrave logos and wording such as “danger” thanks to our
dual color layers at your convenience. The thickness and panel dimensions are also fully customisable. You decide on the exact design and we will provide it!
Friendly for the environment.
Considering mother nature, our HDPE is a very responsible material to be used, as we do not use any toxic components, and HDPE is 100% recyclable. Moreover, we already inhouse recycled a part of the panel to demonstrate an active recycling policy.
HDPE Wood Texture
Our HDPE has a heat stabilization, weather resistance and UV stabilization. Most importantly, it is able to withstand its vibrant appearance without the need to stain and paint every few years.
Our product looks very much like wood, except, and this is the best part: it is actually 100% HDPE!
